Which operating system is supported by GVERSE products?

The recommended OS is Windows 8 as well as Windows 10. For other operating systems supported by GVERSE products please refer to the system requirements section in our product page

How can I get a trial license?

1. Click Try on any of the products
    a. Existing User – Enter login/password in the Login prompt
    b. New User – Create an account and then proceed
2. Click Request a free trial
3. Check your email for download details

How can I add/remove products from the cart?

1. Click Buy to add a product to the cart
    a. Existing User – Enter login/password in the Login prompt
    b. New User – Create an account and then proceed
2. You will see a message box near the cart icon saying Item successfully added
3. To buy more products repeat step 1
3. To remove a product click the Cart icon in the top right corner
    a. Press the X button to remove it from the cart

Is it possible to just book an order online?

Yes it is possible to only book an order online by following the steps given below. 1. Choose one of your products, go to its detail page, and click on the link that reads Add to wishlist
2. To check your wishlist, click on the Wishlist link on the top right corner

I want to change my contact details. How do I do this?

1. Click on your login name in the top right corner, a pop up will appear
2. Click on My Profile button
3. Click Edit Profile
3. After editing click Submit Information button

What forms of payment do you accept?

The preferred mode of payment is through a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. However alternate payment options can be made available upon request.

Are my details secure?

Your details security is ensured by the use of CyberSource; (CyberSource is an E-commerce credit card payment system management company which offers secured online payments)

Can I change my order?

You can change your order any time before payment has been made. However, once the payment is transferred, it is no longer possible to change your order.

Your credit card is charged only after you have provided all billing details on the payment page and have clicked to proceed.

There is no limit to the number of licenses you can purchase

No, a transaction fee will not be charged to your credit card

What about lifetime license and upgrades?

We only offer Annual Subscription through our website. If you wish to buy a perpetual license, please send an email at cos@lmkr.com

I already have a support account. Is it possible to use it with LMKR Online Shop?

Yes you can use your support account for GVERSE ESTORE as well.

Can I re-download software that I have purchased?

As long as you have an active license purchased software can downloaded again.

What is the latest version of GVERSE?

The latest version of GVERSE is version 2016.1
